SEF form URL names

What settings should I use when trying to get ChronoForms pages to display in SEF format?
I'm using the component JoomSEF and I use the following settings that get me a single name web page.
I'm using Title Alias
Language Integration = Do Not Add
I get the SEF URL except the ChronoForms pages are showing the language code and the category while all my other pages display only the SEF page. I want just the SEF URL on all pages. How can I get the ChronoForms pages to stop displaying the category and language code.
Any suggestions?

have you tried sh404SEF ?? maybe or I think in joomsef you can customized the output URL right. correct me if im wrong.

I've no idea, sounds like a question for the JoomSEF forums. ChronoForms does nothing special with the URLs - and doesn't add the language or the category so those must be coming from your menu or SEF settings.
