Error Install version V3.1_RC5

I've searched around and i have got the same problem with not loading the first page.

But i'm installing on a remote server. Tried some things but no result.

3.0 stable is no problem but the ChronoForms_V3.1_RC5.0 is not showing in a fresh Joomla install.

Any Suggestions.
