Automatic Change Files attr permission to 640

hi all

this is my first post , i have search anyone with my same problem but i h nt found the solution

i must set the uploaded file permission to 640 , now all files are sets to 644

it's possible ?

you mean that you want to chmod all uploaded files to 640 after they are uploaded ? and now they are uploaded as 644 by default ?
