Hi!,
Installed the ChronForm and used the Wizard to create the form which has three text fields and some 8 select box fields.
[attachment=0]chrono_form.jpg[/attachment]
The worm works fine and is sending the email but the data inside the email is where the problem is
IT is showing the first 3 select box text against all the select box data.
[attachment=1]chrono_email_error.jpg[/attachment]
The problem area is where I have highlighted with yellow.
Please could someone help me and inform me how to get this solved.

Hi tera,
Please open your form for editing in normal mode and not in wizard, go to the Email templates tab and find this piece of content and you should dine something like :
remove all this part and replace it by {check0} ONLY, note that it may not be {check0} it may be {check1} or {check2}..etc
