I have tried to enable a confirmation page for a form. Doing so returns the following error message at the top of the form page: "LOADING FAILED::CustomCode Class".
Using RC5 and Joomla 1.5.10.
Disabling the confirmation page removes the error message. Otherwise form functions normally, including showing the confirmation page when the form is submitted.

whats the page URL when the form is submitted and the error occurs ? was the form loaded through a module or a plugin inside content ? can I see this ?

also, the confirmation page is NOT a thank you page, its some tool to halt submitting the form one step until the user read what he will submit! is this what you need ?

The form is not loaded from a plugin or module. It is linked to from the main menu and appears in the main Joomla content window. I am not wanting a thank-you page. It would pretty be helpful to have the user recheck their entries before committing the data to the database. The form is running on a local machine. It is destined for a corporate intranet behind a firewall, so I have no way of giving you direct access to it for testing. The error message comes up in a red box at the top of the form when it is loaded with the confirmation message plugin chosen in the admin panel, when the confirmation message is not chosen the error message disappears. I do not have emails set up for the form.

When the form is submitted:

When the confirmation page is submitted:

I have the same error. I'm using CF RC5 and Joomla! 1.5.10.

I did create a form with the wizard, then created a confirmation page and finally enabled the proper plugin.
As soon as the form loads (NOT the confirmation page), the error shows up. I call the form through a link in the main menu.

The confirmation page itself works!

Any idea what causes this?

Unfortunately I have an offline version only at the moment, so the form is not accessible from the internet.
