Wizard edit problem

Killy 20 May, 2009
Hi everyone, while testing the Chrono thingy, something strange happened to me.

I installed it on a local site with wamp and on a published web site.

Everything works fine in local but on the web when I try to edit a form, the verification (for instance: "email" or "required") stops working. Why? I don't have a clue.

I tried eveyrthing I could think of, I reinstalled it and cleared the cache. When I create a form it works like a charm but when I edit it the verifications will just working.

Any idea? I could still create forms without changing them later but it would be a pain to start all over again every time I need to change something.

Thanks a lot !

Hi Killy,

Which Chronoforms version do you have installed ? Please check it at your admin:
Extensions > install > components > Chronocontact

also, can you show me a link to a form which has validation working because you didn't edit it and another one with the problem ?

Max

Hi Killy,

Please check that you have Validation set to Yes in the Validation tab for both forms. At present the Mootools library isn't loading for one of them.

Hi,

thanks a lot. It worked like a charm.

However I still have a problem.

This one as a nice layout but when I try to change the labels it looks like this.

I guess I'm still missing something 🙄

Hi Killy,

Try turning on "Load ChronoForms JS & CSS files" in the General Tab.
