Place form inside Category description

Hello,
I'd like to place a contact form inside the description of a Category. Is this possible? How can I do it?
There's a Category List View page and I'd like to add a contact form inside it. I thought that the simplest way is to add the form inside the category's description.

hmmm, this is tricky, is it possible to add plugins there ? if yes then you can place a form using the plugin, if not then you need top hack the view file of the categories page!

I just checked and the Category Description does support Plugins

Download and install the ChronoForms Plugin/Mambot if you haven't already done so - publish it.

Add {chronocontact}my_form_name{/chronocontact} to the Category Description.
