pass a var to chronoForm

Hi!, i have to pass a variable to chronoForm that i will use to send a mail;
(the idea: one chronoForm settable dinamicly considering who calls it).
The chronoForm is called by a voice of Main menù..

& the same question if chronoForm is added in article[The most important]..& added by lightbox

yes, sorry i'm new and i'm improving now, but yes i want pu in article so ihave resolved my trouble.

but: ihave another big quest: i'know if this is the best place,,but: can i do a 'menù using a..swf 'r html with imagemap toUrl? how can add a swf in a module? the plugin 'Allvideos' seem work only for articles..
