assigning values to form fields

I am new to chronoforms, but I find it a very good application. However, there is something that is still missing on my end. My question is , "How do you assign values to a the form fields? "

The scenario is this. I created a form, which I plan to integrate to more than one content using "chronocontact" plugin. Now, because of that the form will need to have a hidden field with a value to tell which page it is being loaded. So, how do I do that? In this case, I will opt for minimal coding as I do not that much time to spend for this project, so I am finding the quickest way possible. Is there a way to do that with chronocontact?
