:( 😟
My site is completely dead... I tried to recreate this on my test site and I am unable to. Since the support for the module is CRAP to say the least, I thought I would ask you great guys for some help.
I installed:
plugin_frontend_user_access_system_v1-0-3_j1-5-x.zip
mod_frontend_user_access_v1-0-3_j1-5-x.zip
without installing the required:
ioncube_loader_lin_4.4.so
... everything was fine until I enabled them. Now I can't get to the backend of my site. I keep on seeing this error.
Site error: the file /homepages/6/d114815883/htdocs/Joomla/plugins/system/frontend_user_access_system.php requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_lin_4.4.so to be installed by the site administrator
so now I've installed the ionCUBE loader (I think) but it's still not working. Now I don't get the ionCUBE error, just the page cannot be displayed.
On my test site, I did the same thing and just manually removed the plugin folder and the mod_component folder and I was able to get back to the back end, unfortunately that is not the case for my live site. Can anyone help???
I'm totally stuck and it has been 2 days now. From now on I'll do everything in TEST first.
