Problems removing License Tag

Hi Guys,

I bought a 5x site license and have used one of the license at http://www.clemfrig.com.au, where the "joomla professional work" had been removed.

I'm about the send a second site live... but can't remember the exact procedure on how to remove this again on this 2nd site which is on staging servers-

Can someone please remind me what I need to do.. as I have tried run/install the ChronoForms Bot 0.6 J1.5 Licensed.zip on the site, but this error message -

JInstaller::install: There is already a folder called '/clientdata/clients/t/e/test-swishimage.au.com/www/signworks157/plugins/content/chronocontact.php'. Please initially check whether:
• the Extension is already installed
• the file names in the XML file are spelled correctly
• there are no XML files listed inside the extension.xml file
• all of the files (not including XML files) are correctly listed in the extension.xml file and there are no duplicate entries
• there is an empty folder listed from a previous installation attempt

Hi syco,

If you need updated license files for your purchase please contact Max using the site contact form from the menu above.

From the error message it looks as though a version of the plugin is already installed, please uninstall this they try to reinstall the newer version. (You can install the Component over an exisiting instalation, the Plugin/Mamabot and Module need to be uninstalled, then the new version re-installed).
