styling form

I want to add some styling to a form. See this page for the styling I am looking for. I want to center the form, have the check boxes in two columns and surround the form in some sort of box, dotted or solid.

I see the form I created is not using tables so I assume to achieve this I will need to use css. However I am unsure how to find out what style sheets the form is using?

Hi Doug,

You are free to use anything. If you have the ChronoForms css enabled it uses files from the components/com_chronocontact/themes folder
