There seems to be a bug in the handling of errors raised in server side validation php code. If such an error is raised, you return to the form with form data filled in as it should and no message is sent, this is OK. If you then fix the error and hit submit, the email message should be sent. However, you instead get a time limit error saying you cannot submit another message that soon (if that function is enabled), not OK!
