Email Template Vanishes

Greets

I've made an email template with images and table cells etc. I save it return to the form, do this and that and test. Then I leave it and after a couple of hours I get an email that is missing tons of stuff, I go back to the email template and it lost almost everything and only a few boxes remain.
Has this ever happened to anyone before? What could be causing it?

does your email template have all the data you need as {field name} ?

if so then please post your form code and email template code here!
