Hi!
I updated Chrono from 4.11 to 5 and worked on an existing form.
Testing it from menu I saw on the top a red message: "LOADING FAILED::CustomCode Class".
If I use the link in "Forms Management", I have no this fail.
Can I use the link from "Forms Management" as external link for menu? Is it correct?

Looking at the code the message should only show if ChronoForms can't load the form information from the database. Or more accurately when the class is called without a FormID being set.

Does this happen if you create a new menu item for the form?

Hi deaddy64,

if your form was created using the wizard in RC4.11 then try to open it in the wizard and save it again, or if it was created in the normal edit mode then do the same but with the normal edit & save buttons!

Resaving in wizard didn't help. 😟
I backuped my form and deleteted it. Then I restored it. Now it works without this fail.
