I'm attempting to install my first form, yet once I've uploaded my form the only thing I get is a text link that returns me to Chrono called ''Joomla Professional Work''. Anybody have any idea why this happens ?

That is correct. What else do you want?

You can show a 'thank you' message on that page by adding html to the OnSubmit After box for your form.
