Data stored looks like "ZrKngEJbRZfIhbQ"

When I export completed forms data (to csv file) all fields except time, ip address and those fields with drop down selections have random text in upper/lower case like I show here in the subject line. When I test the form by filling it out myself, my field entries show up properly. We are sending emails to customers and it is their completed information that is showing like this. Any ideas? I am using ChronoForms_V3.1_RC3.

I suggest getting RC4.11 or getting RC4.2 which will be out in the next day or 2
