Hi,
I published two articles on the front page.
Article 1 with s
The result was:The two article published the same form: form1.
It is like chronocontact can link only one form per page.
I try then to insert ( {chronocontact}myform1{/chronocontact}
{chronocontact}myform2{/chronocontact} ) into the same article and i got the same result (the article shows two time the form1).
Well i don't know if it is a bug or if it normal. But it is what I got
Joomla 1.5.1 ChronoForms_V3.1_RC4.11 chronocontact 3.1RC4.11

I've encountered the same thing. I have an email newsletter form available from a dropdown at the top of every page. When it's the only form on a page, everything is fine.
However, when I load form2 (main content section via Main Menu button type) it becomes the second form on one page (in addition to the email newsletter. form), form2 loads correctly, but the dropdown now also displays form2 instead of the email newsletter form. On a different page, I used the ChronoForm Module to display form3 in the main content section. In this case, the email newsletter form (which also uses the module) is fine, but the main content form displays the email newsletter form instead of form3.
I've changed the form names to no avail. I checked the source code of the generated pages, and the browser is displaying the forms correctly as the code dictates (ie, the incorrect form names are outputted to the html, so it doesn't seem to be a browser cache issue. )
