Lost Results

Hi,

I'm a noob, and I'm lost. I managed to make a form, used the wizard of course, and even got it to email me when the sumbit button is clicked. Problem is it lists the fields, but no results. What am I doing wrong? Please help.

Hi schadenfroh,

I've no idea - can you please post a link to the form?

Hi schadenfroh,

The form looks OK except that it has an unusual task in the URL and the 'Joomla Professional Work' line shows up twice.

Does it work OK if you go to the 'normal' url from the Form Manager?

No, it seems to do the same thing. It sends in an email just fine, and has the fields, but the results aren't there. I've deleted the form and started again, and still the same problem. It has to be a user error, I just dont know how to fix it.

The email looks like:

Phone Number Evening

Recreational Fish Culture License Number

Delivery Instructions

If delivery, directions to pond

Hi shadenfroh,

The information is being submitted OK - but it looks as though no emails are enabled? If so , how are you getting a results email?

I'm not sure. On my end it looks as though there is an email enabled, and it's the one that it's sending the email to.

Hi,

Which Chronoforms version ? show us your email template code, the debug info should show the email if this is the latest version!

Cheers
