Hello,

I am trying to load the form in a lightbox. It loads just fine, but I want to clear the site 'wrapper' or template from around it. I want just the form. I had done this a while back, and for the life of me, I can not remember the code to add to the URL to accomplish it.

Can anyone remind me?
