Upload an image into the form

What I want to do is have a resume as a form that the user fills out as well as the ability to upload an image to the form to a pre defined spot on the form so that the complete resume including photo is visible before submiting.

As well as this I would also like to have the user Print of the form to their printer and/or the form is saved as a pdf and is emailed to the email address in the form.

My reasoning behind this is that a lot of applicants do mot have a resume and are afraid to start one. This way will make it easy and give them a resume for future job applications.

Hope that someone has an answer to this as I am sure that there a multitude of other applications for this solution.

Sounds like a really useful application.

Start out by looking at the SubmitContent.cfbak form that you'll find in the downloads area here I think. Then there is a long thread in the forums about including images and another about adding print buttons. (PDFs are more difficult though.)
