Required fields not marked <solved>

boesh 18 Apr, 2009
Required fields cannot be marked in the form so the visitor is currently not able to see which fields are mandatory. Is it possible to add this feature?

THNX.
Kind regards,

Hi Harry,

How would you like them marked?

You can add an * in the label. You can use the css class input.required to do almost anything with css. You can edit the Form HTM by hand to do almost anything with HTML.

Aha, i have to do it myself.. there is no default "thing" added. I'm a bit spoiled with Phil-A-Form ;-)

some users like to add (*) and others prefer only the *, so we leave this for you😉

Hi boesh,

You could also do it with css, I've used the class 'required' to set the label to bold with some forms.
