I tried to add a form to a content page using "{chronocontact}my_form_name{/chronocontact} " as mentioned in FAQ #42, but all I see on my "article" page is {chronocontact}my_form_name{/chronocontact} text. What am i doing wrong?
Thank you,
Kamil
Rhapsody Solutions
Hi rhapsody,
The most common cause of this is either that the ChronoForms mambot/plugin isn't installed, or that it isn't published.

Later: corrected 'module' to 'mambot/plugin'
Hi rhapsody,
Sorry for the confusion manbot/plugin is bad enought - then I called it a module :-(
Both versions look fine from here, try clearing your browser cache and see if that does the trick.
Bob
Hi rhapsody,
make sure you have the correct plugin version for the Chronoforms version you have installed!

Any solution to error: "You are not allowed to access this URL" ?
Thanks!
Hi rhapsody,
Did you see Max's post about the plugin version?
Bob
the best way of doing that is to install the mod_chronofrm.
and have that module in an uniqe position, I usually call the position something like contactformAB
Published to all pages/menuitems in case I want them here and there...
Then i {loadposition contactformAB} inside the article.
This way I can chose to publish the module in any posistion I want or/and inside an article.
That works well.
EDIT: There might be that your template does not SUPPORT this includes, I have experienced that in some themes that I had buildt by psd2html.com, so they had to do some changes to the code the way the template rendered the content.
Hi Kamil,
please disable or change the order of the "Email cloaking" plugin to be less than the chronopcontact plugin order in Joomla's plugin manager!
Cheers

Hi,
I am trying to add a form to my article. I did follow through the article and found out that i did not publish my chronocontact module.
How i embedded: open article & added {chronocontact}EmailTest{/chronocontact} at the end. Is this right? i did read through FAQ#42.
After publishing it i am getting this error:
ChronoForms
There is no form with this name or may be the form is unpublished, Please check the form and the url and the form management
Am i missing something here? I installed the following:
ChronoForms_V3.1_RC4.11.zip, mod_chronocontact_V3.1_RC4.11.zip. Do i need to install something else?
Thanks,
Jerry
Hi jerry_dev1,
Yes, you need the ChronoForms Mambot/Plugin to show a form in an article.
Bob
Hi Bob,
Thanks! it worked. I downloaded plugin_chronocontact_V3.1_RC4.11.zip under the \ Downloads \ Chronoforms Files for J1.5 \ Mambot , but now i get some other error.
I have attached a screenshot.

Jerry

Hi Guys,
I am having the same problem with the code appearing beneath my form. I've changed the order of Content - Email Cloaking and chronocontact but am still getting the problem. Is the higher oredr zero? I have Email Cloaking set to order: 0 and chronocontent set to order: 2.
Please help!! ;-)

Ignore my last post, it's working okay now. Cacheing, I guess!
