How Do I Get my Modules to Show on a Form Page?

Hi there,

Currently I have a form in use that have people submit information in order to obtain a passcode. It works fine but the form page is really boring because I can't assign any modules to it. The only module that currently shows on the page is my top menu module and that is because it's assigned to all pages. All of my other modules are selective. The form page does not show up as an option to select for the module to appear on.

Add a menu link to the form page (the menu doesn't need to be publised).

I tried to do that and it does show up as an menu item to select in the module but when I select in and save the module doesn't show up.

What am I doing wrong?
