Changing Joomla! login page

joebob60 14 Apr, 2009
Hi I hope someone hasn't answered this question yet but I wasn't able to find it in the forum. Is there any way to use CF to make a login form and us it for users to login from? If there is can someone please let me know how or point me in the right direction. I'm currently using the joomla login page but I don't like the way it looks. Thank you in advance

Hi Joe,

I think somebody asked this before here so please try to do a quick search, however I suggest using the default Joomla login module or one of those custom login modules extensions ? why do you need to use a custom form here ?

Hi Joe,

I'm with Max - just reformat the Joomla module or use one of the current logins - I like the Signal Login myself.

yeah i was just more curious then anything. I know you can make a registration form so i was just wondering if you could do the same for logging in. Thank for the suggestions i'll have to give it a try....😑

Hi Joe,

Technically I'm sure that you could do this with ChronoForms - the problem is that there's a bunch of code to 'do' the logging in and recording bits and you'd have to find that and duplicate it in your form.
