File upload not working

Hi, I've just bought a license for this incredible component. However, the file upload is not working, nor in IE nor in Firefox. I'm not an expert but I've checked everything as I can, even the ENCTYPE="multipart/form-data" tag in the General tab.

Could anybody help me with this?

Hi miguelruiz,

Looks like a problem with field names and ids. The upload input has id='file_52' and name='file_5'. Please check that both of these are the same and match the entry on the File Uploads Tab.

If this doesn't fix it please post a screen shot of your File Uploads tab.

Thank you very much, GreyHead. First, following your advice, I made all my names and ids match but the form didn't work 😈 . Then, I deleted the full upload path in the File Uploads tab, and let chronoworks fill it automatically... and now it works 🙂 . However I had tried that before with no results...🙄 So I guess the final result was a combination of both solutions...
