That is what I am getting and No there is nothing behind the "Information"
I am getting this with I use the "Transform Form" button.
And I am also having a problem with the tool tips..... It loads the Tool tips under the Txt Boxes to see and example go to

The 's Information is probably coming from Your boat's information and I'd guess it's a result of something not being escaped. Try temporarily removing the ' and see if the errro goes away. If it does then there's probably a ChronoForms bug. I'm sure Max will fix that in the next release.
I can't see the ToolTip problem in either IE7 or FF3? Which browser do you see it with - can you post a screen shot please?

The tool tip was my stupidity. I have NoScript for FF and I didn't allow the site past it. And when i remove it I get this
