I have used this component with J1.5 and its just fantastic. I now need to create a form on an old J1.0.15 version. I have installed the component 2.3.9 and there is no "Form Wizard". How can I create a new form? Do i have to do it manually? Or did I miss something simple?

The Form Wizard wasn't created until the Joomla 1.5 version :-(

You can short-cut a bit, create the form in a Joomla 1.5 site, then copy and paste the Form HTML over to the Joomla 1.0 site.
