Email Properties Box Not showing up!

So I installed chronoforms and created a form correctly the way your tutorials say.

I want it to email me the results based on the template but the email properties box is not showing anything!

I checked the form I made, clicked edit, go to setup emails and there is NOTHING under the email properties label in the right box. I do what the tutorial says becasuse this box does not show up. I tried this in the latest versions of firefox and IE with the same result.

I am using version 3.1 RC2

Please help asap! very important!

Please can you post an image of what you see in the Email Setup Tab - I've never known it not be able to create a new setup in FireFox. You havd to click the envelope icon to start the process though.
