SEARCH form !

I want to create a Search form(such as the form following ) to display data in my database.
Do I have to use Chronoform or Chronoconnectivity ?
Please help me !

Hi tony,

There is a Connectivity tutorial from the home page, please check it, I will not be able to help much with Connectivity now because I'm very busy with Chronoforms updates, once done, I will make Chronoconnectivity better and add extra tutorials!
