Hi There !

I created a form for a friend of mine on her Joomla site using the form wizard. http://www.facial-art.co.za/contact-us.html
But a lot of the fields are not showing up in the response mail from the site. I ran the form in debug mode and this is what i got back..

Any help will be greatly appreciated !🤣 I am no programming fundi so laymans terms would be undewrstandable.😀

Hi jellydesign,

The $_POST array at the top shows you the information that is being submitted. As you can see several of field names you have in the Email template e.g. Mums: don't exist in the $_POST array. Not sure why, possibly you've changed the form without matching up the template, possible some of your field names are invalid - there shouldn't be any colons for example.
