Help! Email info not displaying...

Not too sure if it's a bug, but this seemed the most appropriate spot to put this question.
Okay, so I just installed ChronoForms, and did the Wizard...

Everything works great, except for the final stage: When I hit submit, it works, but upon checking my email, it looks like this:

Full Name Phone Number Email Address Concerning what? Please be sure to include any important info that we may need in the future. Your Message How should we Respond? By PhoneSubmitted by 12.34.5.67


(Note: I replaced the IP address)
You'll notice that first, it's unformatted, and second, there's no info! I've been having this problem the whole time!

Can someone PLEASE help?!

Sorry, I found the problems.

My emails weren't coming out formatted because I had the template turned off, and the my email prefs were set to Plain Text.
There was no info coming out in the email because the template tags for the form had spaces in them.

I'm also having this problem. Could you tell me where your email prefs were set to plain text? Also where are the template tags? My template appears to be turned on.

Hi DrCoach,

The HTML/Plain text switch is on the Properties box in the Email Setup tab. Select the outline of the Email Setup to see the overall properties box.
