Help with Mambot

good, for everybody else, the mambot/plugin should be enabled in the "plugins manager"

1. The Mambot files are included in the initial chronoforms full dl correct?
2. Are there any additional steps necessary to install the Mambot?
3. I do not see "the mambot" to enable in the "plug-ins manager"?
4. I have added {chronocontact}contact1{/chronocontact} to the destination content page do i need any other tags or code associated with it?
