CSV download OK, Nothing in Excel

Both my forms work OK now, entries are in the database, emails are sent and received and CSV download works just fine. BUT Excel download produces an empty file. Not a big deal obviously (CSV's fine) but puzzling nonetheless. :?

The excel library makes some problems sometimes for different reasons, if the CSV is fine for you then I suggest using it!
