Hi,
When I install Chronoforms to my joomla site, it says that the installation was successful. But then, when I try to use it (from the components>chronoforms>forms management or forms wizard menu entries), I get this error message in my browser:
"This webpage is not available.
The webpage at http://www.[mysite].com/administrator/index.php?option=com_chronocontact&act=all might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

Error 2 (net::ERR_FAILED): Unknown error."
How do I get this working? I've already paid for a license, so I was hoping I could get the system to work.

Hi aotc,
do you have GZIP compression ON at your joomla global config ? if so then turn it OFF and retest, if not then please send me a temporarily admin login to your website and I will check it, please send the info through the contact us page at the top!
