cant get form to work http://www.alphalogics.co.uk/contact-form.html the page it is on i dont get no errors of the page saying you have submited just the redirect back to the page please can someone help me

I just tried to submit it and it told me "Thank you for your enquiry someone will be in touch soon", everything seems fine to me!!
