Sorry Max! I meant Constant Contact (http://www.constantcontact.com). My client needs an enrollment form for his site. I have PHP code from the Constant Contact developer center, but I am not sure how to integrate and implement. All I need is a form that gathers firstname, lastname and email and then uses the code to submit to to Constant Contact.

I have attached the code I received, and am just looking for a way to use your excellent component to achieve this. As I said, I can pay for this, as I do not expect anything for free.

Thanks!

Hi Rick,

I don't think that you need the full CURL code in that file for a simple signup. Please follow these instructions from the CC docs and post the resulting HTML here:

Adding Visitor Signup Form to Your Website
Constant Contact generates HTML for you to copy and paste into your website template. You can add a form, a button, or a simple, text hyperlink. If you prefer to create something completely different than the options we offer, your website designer can easily take our visitor signup form code and apply this to your current website template.
To create and add a visitor signup form to your website using the Constant Contact Wizard:
From the 1. Contacts tab, click Site Visitor Signup.
Under Step 1, click 2. Start Wizard to generate HTML code.
Choose a style and click 3. Next.
Pick colors, font style and edit text. You may want to use the internet (or Hex) colors currently used on your 4. website.

Hi Rick, Bob,

Yes, I think you need to generate this HTML first using the CC application as noted in the steps posted by Bob!

Hi Rick,

No problem I used to use ConstantContact and remembered that there was a simpler way!
