I am using joomla 1.5

I am working on a site for users to submit wildlife photos. Each user submission/article will have only 1 photo, and the following data:
Name, title, date/time (user input not auto), country, state, city, location, animal type, comment.

I would also like to be able to limit photo size or be able to automatically resize the photo.

I would also like the photo data to be added to meta keywords.

Then of course I need it to be displayed as an article on the site.
