Error when trying edit/delete comment

When I am trying to edit/delete a comment from Comments Manager, I get this error message:

The requested URL /vgargan/installation/index.php was not found on this server.

I had a quick look for similar problem in "ChronoComments Bugs" but found nothing.

no problems reported with teh admin at all, do you have any permissions extensions installed ? try to reinstall as well!
