Getting article name in a form

Hi,
I'm using a single button in an article,when the button is clicked it should add the article name to the database.how do i do this?

you will need to query the content table for the current article title, and add it to a hidden field, this has been posted here before many times recently, please do a quick search and if you cant find it then post back!
