I am using CF 3.0 Stable with Joomla 1.5.9.
I set up a basic contact form and the captcha shows up fine whether I choose with font or no font.
However when I submit the form, the captcha field is ignored and the form submits, however I don't think the data is being sent.
I also switched to beez, one of the default Joomla templates and still had the problem.

Ok I just realized I had not completed the "Setup Emails" area, that seems to be new in 3.0, all that info used to be on the general tab and you could not save a form unless that was complete. This seems to be working now.
