Verification code empty

Hello ChronoForms Community, I am using ChronoForms in an article but the verificacion code is not show up.

What should I do to fix this problem?

The image is being created OK so probably you haven't turned Imageverification On in the AntiSpam tab.

It's probably a permissions problem - please check with your isp. There are several threads here discussing this.

When I check the image url I get this error message

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, [email]webmaster@4seasonsms.com[/email] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
