Submittable forms

Hi, I'm new to the forum and I hope you can help me out.

I am working on making a forms web server for a school. I need for it to let the average user be able to submit a form, and have it go to a specific location, and then be able to be retrievable from the specified location. I don't know how to do that. Can anyone help me?

I suggest that you get the first two tutorials from the Downloads area here, build a simple form and see if it does what you want. It is certainly possible to put forms and form results in Joomla pages.
