hi I am new to all of this. How can I customise the look of the form ie changing the heading colours and sizes and the lables, adding breaks between sections etc. Is this possible and if so how do you go about it?

ChronoForms has some simple form themes built in if you created your form with the Wizard - see the Transform form icon
Otherwise you can edit the form HTML and/or css as much as you like to change the layout and styling.
You can find many tutorials on the basics of these on the web - W3Schools is a good place to look.
