Could ChronoFroms be used for multi-page order forms with math calculations such as this?

Yes, you could use ChronoForms for that. And you need to know that ChronoForms is a 'form manager' - you still have to provide the form code. In this case the main issues are passing the information on from one page to another and that's primarily a design and coding issue.
