Hello everybody, it's me again ! 😛
In spite of my CSS problem I'm still working on my Forms, and I've faced another problem.
I've added a second mail template to my form, in order to have a confirmation mail sent to the one who has filled up the form...
I end this mail with my signature, "Dushan, FÃ M Administrator, http://www.mywebsite.com"
I want the website to be a link, so I edit the HTML of the mail and put a classical <a href="http://www.mywebsite.com">http://www.mywebsite.com</a>, but as soon as I return to the WYSIWYG editor, and then go back to the HTML, the link has been changed to <a href="undefined">http://www.mywebsite.com</a>.
I don't know what's the bug here, but I need to display the link that why in order for it to be viewable in both plain text and HTML mail readers...
So if you have an idea of what is it all about and how to change that the way I need, please let me know !
All the best,
Dushan

Hi Dushan,
Try turning 'Use HTML Editor' off in the Email Setup Properties box. You will then have a plain text edit window and I think your links may stay unchanged - this has worked for other people but you have a slightly different error here.

Hi Bob,
Do you mean selecting "plain text" instead of HTMl ? I've tried to do that, but when it's selected, the mail is sent without any formatting, I can't make paragraphs and the links are not actives on the mail : with that form it is of no use for my purposes...
Do you know a way to use plain text and still having minimal formatting abilities (using fixed line and active link mostly).
I don't know If I'm clear, so I'll try to explain visually :
What I want is a mail like this :
And with that option it appears like this :

Hi Dushan,
No, it's '"Use Template editor" a couple of lines below the HTML/Plain text selector. Please set that to No.
