ok sorry i want a form for custmors to send if they need support and a ticket sent back to them while we deal with it

Yes that would be a very simple form that you coudl probably set up in 15 minutes.

On the other hand - if you want a fuller featured HelpDesk ticket system there are several other Joomla extensions that might be worth looking at - see here
