Hello admin,
I am trying to place a request a quote form on one of the website the form works properly but the thing is that i am not able to save data in tables .can you please help me with the same

Hi Sameer,

The form looks OK. Make sure that the table field names match the form field names and that the Table is selected in the DB Connectivity tab.
