Help, dont operate extendible dynamic form in the FAQs 47

Hi I need to know about the dynamic form, but can not run that saw the FAQs number 47 on the dynamic form, but the page the same author, there is a section on the extendible form http://quirksmode.org/dom/domform.html, ie can not operate of the same additional fields. I think that code should still work OK (though it was written for Joomla 1.0 and an old version of ChronoForms).

Please tell us what you want to do and we can give you a better example.
