I have my form 100% work but on the email sending for administrator show only name off attached.

how can I make the attached file can be sent in the mail?

Hi s7evens,

enable and configure the uploads tab!

add the

enctype="multipart/form-data"

to the "form tag attachment" field in the general tab!

It is the default for the file to be attached.
